Configuring Menu

This feature is used to define the contents of sub-menus which in turn are linked to Main menu. This section provides the procedural steps to create a new menu, search and edit an existing menu.

Creating Menu

To create a new menu,

  1. Login as <<Role>>. From the Transact Standard dashboard’s left pane, click Configuration > Menu.
  2. Click Add New from the home page.
  3. Enter the name of the menu in the Create Menu dialog box and click OK. A menu is created successfully.

Editing Menu

To edit an existing menu,

  1. Login as <<Role>>. From the Transact Standard dashboard’s left pane, click Configuration > Menu
  2. Search for the menu and make the necessary changes. Click against each menu to provide values in all Transact supported languages.
  3. Validate and commit the changes to the database.
