Workbench

Temenos Workbench is the advanced version of Design Studio for Core Management. This design tooling provides convenient and intuitive configuration tooling for Transact with seamless packaging capabilities for both on-premises (on-prem) execution or in cloud). Workbench is a future-proof solution that provides the same methodology to configure and package all Temenos products.

Temenos Workbench provides the following key features:

• Configure Transact models – Version, Enquiry, Menu, etc
• Configure Transact API - API Version, API Enquiry
• Launch and create Temenos package
• Include Transact models into Temenos package.

Temenos Workbench enables you to configure Transact model and APIs, launch and create Temenos package, and include Transact models into the Temenos package.

With Temenos Workbench you can:

The pre-requisites to configure and extend Temenos Transact are:

• Transact R20 and above with Transact Explorer, Temenos Package and API Temenos workbench.
• Quantum Fabric V9 - Quantum Fabric is restricted to use with Temenos Workbench and may not be used to build other Quantum applications unless specifically licensed for application development.

Installing Workbench

This section provides details about configuring the Transact area and Keycloak identity provider in Temenos Workbench, steps to deploy Temenos Workbench on a running Quantum Fabric instance and create default user in the Workbench, and sample methods to execute performance testing of the Workbench application.
